At Pratima3D, we specialize in custom-made 3D sculptures, wall art, miniatures, and personalized décor products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but transparent refund policy.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
- All customized and made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Once an order is confirmed and production has started, cancellation is not allowed.
- Minor variations in color, finish, or detailing are part of the artistic and manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during shipping
- Product received is different from the order placed
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, at our discretion
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect information or images provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier partners, natural conditions, or unforeseen events
- Slight differences between digital previews and final physical products
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before production begins
- Once the order is moved into production, cancellation is not possible
